Protective Material

Conformal Coating

The conformal coating is a kind of special coating which can produce a transparent layer of protective film over the PCBA to prevent the circuit board and some of its related facilities from being eroded by the environment. Major features include, insulation, moisture-proof, anti-leakage, shock-proof, dust-proof, corrosion, anti-aging, insulation voltage resistance, among others. Depending on the nature of material used and the methods of curing, the conformal coatings can be subdivided into UV, polyurethane, acrylic silicone, fluorocarbonyl and synthetic rubber. They are of low odour, low surface tension, good technology and have high protection level.

Cleaning

The cleaning can take off the flux, solder paste and adhesive and is applicable for cleaning of SMT, semiconductor and protective glue. low surface tension, clean fine pinholes, flux residues; no alkali, special neutral formula, safe for all kinds of sensitive metals; low foam, suitable for use with all kinds of spraying equipment. As is known to all, each of Pilot cleaning agents conform to the low VOC standards in GB38508.

Potting Material

The potting material is a hard, infusible, non-melting thermosetting polymer that is derived by pouring a liquid resin around the electronic parts in a housing and cross-linking and curing at either room temperature or high temperature. Potting materials can improve a certain degree of buffer external static pressure and vibration, avoid direct exposition of the components and circuits to the external environment and improve the insulating performance between its element parts. Depending on the resin matrix, potting materials can be divided into silicone, polyurethane and epoxy materials which can fully meet specific needs of the customers within a particular application area.

Chip & Component Protection Materials

Conductive ink can be patterned on various substrates such as PCB board, glass, film, ceramics, metal, etc., so as to form a flat and smooth conductive layer and thin lines on the surface of electronic components; the resistivity is low, and the good conduction can be formed; It is suitable for various flexible substrates, while its ductility is close to thin film materials. Recommended for printed circuits..
